Logan Real Estate Agents to be More Educated

Your Logan Utah Real Estate Agent is now required to be a little bit smarter, or at least a little bit more educated.

The Utah Legislature passed a bill requiring Utah Real Estate agents to have atleast 18 hours of continuing education credit every two years. Previously, this amount was just 12 hours of CE credit. Hopefully this will help real estate agents to have more knowledge related to the increasingly complicated real estate transactions.

In my opinion this is a good move. Right now real estate agents don’t need a college education. However, it is important that they do have knowledge, especially relating to the real estate field.
