Mendon Utah is a beautiful town along the west mountains of Cache Valley. Mendon is easily divided into too parts the South which consists mostly of houses built pre -1970's, and the Pheasant Hollow Subdivision in the north poriton built mostly after 1995. Mendon has a population of about 1,000 people. Some of the subdivisions in Mendon Include Pheasant Hollow and Cobblestone.

Mendon has no public sewer system and Mendons local government is sometimes hard to contact as their is no real city offices. Mendon really has no stores or commercial establishments and locals must make the 10 minute drive to Logan for any shopping or retail needs. There is also currently no elementary school in Mendon and children ride the bus for 45 minutes to River Heights for public education.

In the last year ten houses were sold in Mendon that were listed on the MLS. The average price of these homes was $280,000. The least expensive Mendon house was $87,537 and the most expensive property sold went for $539,000.
